Rappi: Locally Deliver Almost Anything In Colombia, Mexico and Brazil

I invite you to check out Rappi, the Colombian delivery startup (and their version of Amazon.com), co-founded by Simón Borrero, Sebastian Mejia, and Felipe Villamarín. Literally almost every influencer on Instagram is spreading the word on this service, allowing for a booming and viral growth in major cities. And with good reason.

Here are my reasons to get on board:

1. If you are a local:

Rappi is your new personal assistant. Order almost anything! Your favorite restaurant doesn’t deliver? Rappi will pick it up for you. Don’t have time to shop for groceries? Need medicine from the pharmacy, pay bills, need cash or run an errand? Rappi’s got you!

For first time users

To receive $50.000 COP credit for delivery fees

$30.000 COP credit for your first grocery purchase of $90.000 COP or more.

2. Live oversees, but wish to treat your loved ones in Colombia, Mexico or Brazil?

Long distance relationships are challenging, but not impossible. It’s days like Valentine’s Day where it’s tough knowing you can’t go out for a date night or show up with some flowers or chocolates. That’s why I’m so thankful for Rappi, coming to the rescue!

It’s like using Uber Eats but with delivery fees typically around $2 USD (for Colombia, in my experience) which is pretty decent!

I love the fact that I can order almost anything, not just food, to be delivered to my husband in Colombia, right from the App (iPhone or Android) or website. You can order take-out, groceries, electronics, medicine, have someone go pay your bills or bring cash to your location.

Use my code: juliana1096827 for delivery credit! Expires 03/31/2018.

This service is relatively new, but so far, I have personally had a great experience as far as quick service, affordable prices and a very user friendly app.

So if you are like me, with loved ones in Colombia, this is a perfect way to stay connected and show your family or friends that you’re thinking of them :)
